The Australian Green Infrastructure Council (AGIC) is a member based, not for profit, industry association committed to the delivery of more sustainable performance in the design, construction and operation of Australia's infrastructure.  To do this AGIC has developed a national sustainability rating scheme for infrastructure which will be tested on projects beginning in July this year.   This workshop will explain the AGIC assessment methodologies including the themes, categories, criteria and benchmarks and discuss some of the results of the project trials.      It will also look at how to use the AGIC Rating Scheme and AGIC's support Tools.   Participants will gain early insights into how to use the tool, and will be able to help position their company's projects for high AGIC sustainability ratings.

If you are interested in sustainability and you design, build or operate infrastructure then this workshop is a must for you.

This training is being conducted in conjunction with the SSEE 2011 International Conference, but you don't need to register for the conference to attend, although the conference is a not to be missed event!
