Tuesday, September 21, 2010 - 18:30 to 20:30
David Hood, Chair of AGIC
Engineering House, Hawken Auditorium, 447 Upper Edward St, Brisbane
Event Details:

Join us for a talk on the development of the proposed Sustainability Rating Scheme for Infrastructure by AGIC and implications for engineering, capital and infrastructure projects.

Following the GFC, and the failure to reach agreement on climate change action at Copenhagen you could be forgiven for thinking that sustainability is off the agenda.

Not so, if you are involved in a range of infrastructure projects then the proposed Sustainability Rating Scheme for Infrastructure being developed by the Australian Green Infrastructure Council (AGIC) will impact on you, and your work.
Speaker: David Hood, Chair of AGIC, will present a lively talk on the rating scheme, its progress to date, and the implications for engineering, capital and infrastructure projects.
For more information on AGIC and the proposed rating scheme go to the AGIC website.
