One of the biggest environmental challenges we face is planning for sustainable population and urban growth.
The New Rouse Hill (Rouse Hill), a development in Sydney’s North West, has won a host of local and international sustainability awards. It has advanced innovative approaches to energy and water management, biodiversity, town centre development, and the opportunities for retail tenants such as Coles, Woolworths.
Ideas from Rouse Hill have flowed through to developments such as Green Square Town Centre and Oran Park, Barangaroo and Charlestown Square.
