Paul Hawken is an environmentalist, entrepreneur, and author. His work includes starting ecological businesses, writing about the impoact of commerce on living systems, consulting with heads fo state and CEOs on economic develpment, industrial ecology, and environmental policy. He authors articles, peer-reviewed papers, and has written seven bookisn including four national bestsellers The Next Economy, Growing a Business and The Ecology of Commerce and Blessed Unrest.
